Unless requested otherwise, our medal mounting service includes new medal ribbons at no extra cost. Medal cleaning can also be provided, but only when specifically requested.
Guide to Medal Mounting
Swing Style Mounting
Swing style mounting is when the medal ribbons are attached to a single brooch bar, allowing the medals to hang freely.
Court Style Mounting
Court style mounting is when the medals are secured in position on a rigid backing. This helps keep the medals neatly aligned and reduces movement when worn.
Prices
All prices are inclusive of VAT.
There is no difference in price between court style and swing style mounting, or between full-size and miniature medals.
Medal Mounting
Single medal: £20
Medal groups: £15 per medal
Foreign medals: £20 per medal, whether mounted individually or as part of a group
Tunic Ribbon Bars
Single ribbon bar: £5
Pair: £10
Trio: £15
Four ribbons: £20
More than four ribbons: £5 per additional ribbon
