Hampshire Regiment Marksmanship Medal for the Runner-Up in the 1931 Best Shot Rifle Competition for the Warrant Officers and Sergeants, an impressive medal, measuring approximately 45 mm across, produced in bronze with an engraved silver band, unnamed, but housed in its fitted presentation case by F. Phillips of Aldershot, the outer lid of the case embossed in gold letters: ‘1st: Bn. The Hampshire Regt.’
Condition: Good Very Fine, the case a little scuffed.
