Condition: folded as per being stored in the inside breast pocket, some pages loose from spine, overall Fair Condition.
Frank Phineas Harmer was born in Maidstone, Kent, and having worked as a labourer, then enlisted for service in the British Army at Canterbury on 22 September 1890, joining as a Private (No.3205) the East Kent Regiment – The Buffs. He was appointed to Lance Corporal on 11 February 1896.
